Model of Kragujevac Šanac
Theoretical Design of medieval fortification

We designed models for exhibition purposes of the National Museum of Kragujevac. First, the model of the first fortification of Kragujevac, named Kragujevac Šanac. Because there are no detailed writings or drawings, other than a small diagram of the fortress from an old map, this model is a our studios interpretation of Kragujevac Šanac based on icons from the map and  on similar fortifications across Europe from the period. Second, a 3D relief map of central Serbia depicting monasteries and fortresses and boundaries of Kragujevac in various periods in time.
